Media Mail Eligibility
Media Mail is available only for qualifying book-only orders.
Media Mail is not available for:
- Orders containing bookmarks, accessories, or non-media items
- Certain oversized or special items
- Orders that exceed internal eligibility thresholds

Packaging & Item Protection

- Individual products priced above $50 are individually shrink wrapped as an added protective measure to help preserve condition and protect your investment.

30-Day Returns
We accept returns and an optional Condition Credit Option within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same conditionthey were received, with no additional damage, markings, odors, or missing components (including dust jackets, supplements, or inserts when applicable).
Condition Standards & Transparency
Readical™ items are graded using clear condition standards (Like New, Very Good, Good, Acceptable, etc.) so customers know what to expect before purchase. If an item includes notable flaws beyond standard shelfwear or differs from condition standard, we disclose them in the listing whenever possible.
Readical™ Condition Standards
- Like New: Appears unread with crisp, clean pages. Tight binding. No writing, highlighting, stains, page creases, or remainder marks. Dust jacket (if applicable) is in excellent condition with minimal shelfwear.
- Very Good: Light signs of handling or shelfwear but remains clean and highly presentable. Binding is solid. Pages are clean with no major defects. Minor edge wear or small cosmetic imperfections may be present.
- Good: A readable, well-kept copy with clear signs of use. May include moderate wear such as scuffing, minor creases, or small corner wear. Binding remains intact. Pages may show light aging but should be readable and complete.
- Acceptable: A heavily read copy that remains usable. May include noticeable wear, creases, cosmetic damage, or heavier shelfwear. Binding may be worn but functional. Any major flaws should be disclosed in the listing whenever possible.
- Collectible / Special: Items listed as collectible, special, or premium may include unique features such as limited editions, signed copies, rare printings, or higher-value conditions. These items may have additional notes and disclosures listed directly on the product page.
If Your Item Doesn’t Match the Listing (Condition Credit Option)
If you receive an item and believe its condition does not match the listed description:
- Take a clear photo showing the issue
- Email it to us at customerservice@readical.com with your order number
If our review confirms the item is below the listed condition, we may offer a Condition Difference Credit instead of requiring a return.
This credit is issued as a rebate coupon for the difference in cost between the listed condition and the correct condition, and can be applied to a future purchase.

Return Shipping
Unless a return is due to an error on our side (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.), return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
